03: Operations and Digital Infrastucture
Integrating ‘Historical Artists’ while conceiving a new exhibition allowed for the rapid and precise identification of what needed to be implemented or adjusted — followed by the swift execution of those changes.
- Collaborated with internal teams and external partners to define operational and technical requirements
- Designed and implemented new internal workflows and processes to improve efficiency
- Managed the procurement and cataloguing of new artworks
